Am looking for a nice small casita for a fair rental price - am not willing to pay the super high vacation rental prices (could be a care-taker's casita on a property) or live on an empty property that I will watch over and manage. The property needs to be quiet and away from crowded areas. Have no preference on a particular location. Long-term situation wanted. Speak English, German, some French and some Spanish.
