Looking for real estate development property throughout Mexico in expat locations

Our company works with international investors interested in developing property located throughout Mexico. We work strictly with residential developments and light commercial, and encourage developments which have a positive impact on communities. As of now our focus has been on the Pacific Coast, but we have been receiving more and more requests for development property in places such as San Miguel de Allende, Cuernavaca, Tepoztlan, Morelia and Queretaro, due to the influx of American retirees in those areas.

We are looking for contacts throughout Mexico for assisting us in locating development properties in the cities listed above as well as others. If you have experience in such areas of work or know of somebody who does, we would like to hear from you/them.

Please include the area of Mexico in which you would like to cover, full name, contact information and a brief outline of your experience in this area. We will then add you to the contact list for whatever city you elect to represent and will contact you with inquiries as we receive them. If you find a property priced where we estimate it should be which we feel is a match for our client, we will forward you an independent contractor agreement
