No, Dierdre, I neither said, implied, nor suggested that ejidatarios, as a group, were (or are) illiterate. You claimed that I said it.
And then you accused me of having some kind of "patronizing" attitude. You bootstrapped those wrong ideas into an insult because, as I surmise, you simply dislike RE agents. Nor did I ever say, imply or suggest that ejidatarios do not understand the ejido, as a concept or the relevant laws concerning them.
Your post, therefore does not make sense as an argument against me.
Do not accuse me of anything based on your wrong ideas. You need to read more carefully. If you'd care to be constructive and reasonable, I will communicate with you. If not, not.

I was responding to your post which stated, in part:
"I also do not believe that ejidatarios should be ripped-off because they cannot read, or don't understand the process." From that I inferred that you believe that ejiditarios cannot read (hence my use of "illiterate") and don't understand the system. You apparently meant something else...
I don't know what "bootstrapping" is, but I apologize for doing it.
