Now I have used this guy a couple of times in the last year and he is pretty good. I will describe the problems and draw your own conclusions.

I had gone three years ago to a top notch Opthamologist in Guadalajara and he said my problem was probably some kind of brain problem as I would lose vision in my eye in spots every now and then. He wanted to do more tests after he had done a great exam as he did not find anything wrong.

Earlier this year I went to this guy in Manzanillo and he figured out my problem in 10 minutes. I have a dry eye problem and all I needed to do was use drops.

I decided to get a check-up when I was in the US in August and my eye doc there said dry eye for sure and recommended plugs in the drainage tubes to help. I did it and things are fine now.

Second use. My girlfriend had to go to Jocotepec and while there went to a doctor in Chapala. She was under treatment for a month and not much improvement. The second day back here I took her to Manzanillo and Dr. Navarro guy found a little piece of plastic in her eye. Took it out and in days she was a lot better.

Based on these two experiences I think this guy is pretty good. Maybe that is even a recommendation.
