My landlord will be looking for a year round tenant after this winter snowbird leaves around April. Very nice remodeled place, not large with small bedrooms, deck with view, off street parking. No air conditioning but can be installed (probably only in bedrooms).

I'm going to check on sharing Cable TV when I switch from SKY and I already share my wireless Internet with the snowbird when he is here.
