Very nicely done but still small main house (2 bdrms). It now has a separate studio apartment in back (only bath and beds) completed. Lots of finished woodwork and trim. Pretty nice use of a small lot. He said today the price is up to 60k minus the lot.

Hi sparks, the place doesn't look all that big. Do you know the square footage?
