We've added a Tenacatita Trip sailing for Christmas week, I already have some reservations for both trips but I still have some spaces left on both so if you want to reserve e-mail me now at info@seatosierra.com or drop by my office at Veracruz 204 across from the Jardin in Barra de Navdidad. The 25th trip is on our 42' Chris Craft (pictured) and the 28th trip is on our 36' Sea Ray and she is a really nice boat too.



The special Christmas lunch available by pre-order both trips is completely optional because we realize that not everyone will want it and we don't think that anyone should have to pay for what they don't want. For those that do order the special lunch we will be doing the pre-collection and pre-order because it includes Pescado Sarandeado (BBQ fish) and that takes extra time. Chito's regular menu will also be available that day or your can bring a picnic lunch or have lunch at any other restaurant out at the beach.

The Special Lunch is:

Totopos (tortilla chips) with salsas and guacamole to start followed by.

A large platter with a selection of;
- Shrimp stuffed with cheese - Camarones relleno de queso
- Pineapple sweet and sour shrimp - Camarones agridulce
- Garlic butter shrimp - Camarones al mojo de ajo
- Fish fillet with mushroom sauce - filete de pescado con salsa de champiñones
- BBQ fish - pescado sarandeado
- Salad and rice.

The price for a platter that will feed two to three people is $250 pesos and a platter that will feed for four to six people is $500 pesos.

Beverages and tip are not included in the above price.

As always beer, soft drinks and bottled water on the boat are included in the $500 peso per person trip cost and for the Christmas Holiday Season on the Dec. 25th and Dec. 28th trips we will also include rum and eggnog on the ride home since it will be after the snorkeling - no drunken snorkeling!

Also, for the Tenacatita Tuesday trips starting this year we are including my special Dark Roast Organic Shade Grown Cuzalapa Coffee in the morning because everyone seems to want a coffee.
