The original had a text reading voice that really butchered Melaque and a few other words. Oh well, it's history now

Hey - the Villa Obregon one for sale, with the green looking pool - is that our friend's new casa? According to another friend's description that sure looks like it.......

The site itself is fine but the text reading voice is pretty silly. Just turn off the sound and the music and it's ready to go .... or find a town called 'Melik'.

The one a few years ago she couldn't maintain on her own so maybe this will work

Yes that is our friends new house. With some paint and cleaning the yard and pool it should be pretty nice.

Carlos just couldn't stand that steady rent

Yes - the voice - I laughed too at the pronounciation of "Melaque".

Knowing how well our friend takes care of the properties he rents, this is going to be one heck of a nice house, once he's done with the improvements he's going to make. Looks like it will take Pepe a while to get that garden in shape. It will be nice to have a pool to cool off in, we're arriving August 1, can't wait to take a dip!

I hope his new landlord appreciates him more than Carlos! What a fool!

How far from your place is the new casa? We may have to stop by your place to get directions when we arrive.

Hmmmm ... might be interesting timing. Shoe is going north (forget when exactly) and Silvia will be in Jocotepec. Better check with Shoe on the schedule (no Internet yet). We'll have the keys because one of the kids is working part time for Shoe and Mari as well. I'll be back on the 30th after a few weeks up north.

New landlord is much, much better. I was first in the pool up to my ankles. It may be full by the time you get here.

He knows that we're coming. Said he wasn't sure yet when he would be leaving for up North. No problem, we can get the key from Claudia or from you. So, the pool has been cleaned out already - how cool. He's not wasting any time getting the place cleaned up, eh? 23 more days before we leave, can't wait to get back! If you need anything from here, let me know.
