Does anyone know what Lazareno or other builders are now charging per M2 on new construction?

US$57 or $59 per ft2 somewhere in the neighborhood..... And then there are "EXTRAS" that are apparently NOT included....

Aljibe was not included, neither was raising the perimeter walls. Exterior wood doors (instead of aluminum or metal). Window quality. Running 220V to laundry area and work shop. Installing exhaust fans in bathrooms.
