Just out of curiosity what is the price range for lots in the area? Nothing was posted on the sign.

I haven't called that one owner so don't know his price. Other listings in the area are from $7-11k with 10-20M lots. With the exchange rate the way it is is could make a large difference if listed in Pesos or Dollars. The Canadian behind me selling three of those lots was talking to Coldwell Banker yesterday
