And I got a receipt saying I requested $**** and none was dispensed. Checking my balance online I found the withdrawal was made.

Don't trust the machines, check your balances and contact your bank right away. Forget talking to the Mexican Bank

The same thing happened here in Northern BC (Prince Rupert) to my girlfriend last weekend. Lucky they could only access her chequing! That's kinda worrisome as i rely on the ATM when i am in Barra......with our dollar dropping i do hope we can still come down.
