Hotel Open???

Hola, does anyone know if San Felipe Hotel is still open?? Have tried to contact but no success.

Thats the one on the beach in Villa Obregon with the noisy birds ... right? They are here and have not sold out to a major hotel yet as far as I know

Yes that would be the one, since there seems to be no reply any suggestions. We will be coming through on Jan 2 - Jan 6 and perfer something on beach or with-in a block of beach

If it's reservations you want I don't know a place that is good at answering emails. I've always come down without reservations and never a problem finding a room. I prefer the beach at the other end of town where the waves are smaller and more beach restaurants. Anywhere from downtown to the trailer park. Places like Puesta del Sol and Las Brisas have pools and are downtown (on the beach). Hotel Legazpi and the Bahia are on the west end

Thanks so much for your help, yes we have always just gotten of the bus and got accomidiations when we arrived as well but being Christmas and New years this time around for us we didn't want to chance it. But it looks like we will anyways, thanks again for your help.

The San Feliipe is open - talked to Phil this morning, he said they are having problems with the email address on their web site. You can contact them at HotelSanfelipe@yahoo.com or call direct.
