I guess I should have added it was/is Revolution Day, Yep the schools have been practicing all week.

Good light at 8 in the morning too ... I had to shake my head to figure out what was going on

Yes, it was Revolutionary Day in Mexico according to the people. The government had theirs on Monday when the banks, many businesses and government offices were closed. Interesting how the government tried to make a lot of three day weekends and somehow all they did was add some holidays and now the people take both days off. lol
