Ran into this guy today. He's building a new school in Pinal Villa. He has a shop on the highway on the other side of Bar de Gus from Melaque. I went looking for him because my neighbor said he has a Gunite Machine. Turns out he may rent one to us and teach us how to use it. The owner is a gringo from Texas
