Has anyone read “Gods, Gachupines and Gringos”? Scott posted a review on his blog, but I am interested if anyone has read the book. If so, any impressions?

If you are here I'll loan it. I got a pre-pub copy and read about 1/3 of it. It moves fast but I find I'm always doing something else. It just finally reached the book stores so I doubt any have a copy yet

A Kindle edition has been available since December, but I have not yet bought a Kindle. I see no print editions available -- just as you predicted. I will take you up on your offer when I get down in May. The day is fast approaching.

Didn't recognize the name and still in Oregon. It'll be here

I now expect to arrive early in the last week of April. Hope to meet you then.
